Job Description
· To ensure the care provided is fully compliant with CQC and Home Instead Care policies and regulations. This needs to be evidenced in Care planning and documentation used on Birdie.
· Be able to cover the Hinckley, Burbage and surrounding areas.
· Ensure that Birdie is up to date and accurately reflected.
· Answer each incoming call in a positive, professional, and friendly manner.
· To take part in the on-call rota.
· To provide care to clients as needed as requested.
· To attend Care professional meetings when being held.
· To support and work alongside the care pros and other members of staff assisting them when needed.
· Alternative weekends and covering visits when needed.
· Support work colleagues where needed.
· Covering the on -call phone when also needed.
· Using own initiative
· Taking part in service reviews/Care plans
Qualifications
· Care background: 2 years preferred.
· NVQ 2/3 Health and social care Preferred.
· Driving License (Essential) & have own car
· Have experience in domiciliary or community care within a supervisory
