Retail Trainer - Learning & Development - Premium Menswear Brand
Hybrid Role Monday - Friday
Covering North & North West / Midlands stores
About:
* Deliver engaging training across our retail network, both in-store and at Head Office
* Champion colleague development and support continuous learning initiatives
* Build strong product knowledge across all Retail services
* Coach colleagues on the shop floor to improve sales performance and customer experience
* Support the implementation and evaluation of new learning initiatives
* Create impactful learning materials using a variety of training methods and digital tools
Key Responsibilities:
* Experience designing and delivering engaging learning and development programmes
* Strong understanding of training needs analysis and tailored learning solutions
* Knowledge of retail operations and sales strategies
* Confidence using digital learning tools and interactive training methods
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
About You:
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Organised, adaptable, and resilient in changing environments
* Approachable coaching style with the ability to influence at all levels
* Commercially aware with a passion for driving performance
* A strong ambassador for company values and culture
* This role covers North / North West / Midlands, England, the successful candidate should have easy access to public transport of be able to drive
