We make health happen: Youll work with the Senior Product Content Manager and larger Product Engagement team, developing and delivering content and engagement programmes for our clients, brokers, consumers and people to promote product awareness and adoption. There will be significant focus on product content marketing to generate customer engagement. Youll be responsible for creating and delivering a range of assets to support go to market plans and tracking their performance.
Responsibilities
* Help with the development of product content creation and contribute to the planning, development and implementation of product engagement campaigns.
* Champion Bupas products, the brand, the customer and their needs through all communications and attend meetings with key stakeholders.
* Ensure optimised commercial impact of product content campaigns to deliver retention, expansion and engagement targets.
* Deliver a range of cross channel product engagement activity which supports customer communication journeys across the customer life cycle.
* Support the development of content in particular – help create and optimise our key engagement programmes: Health Horizons, Bupa Academy, Inside Health and the Bupa Blueprint.
* Measure all activity against KPIs in place with a results-focused approach.
* Drive up the engagement across our product content working in partnership with the marketing teams.
* Manage and deliver briefs to agencies and studio teams that are on brand and bring to life our objectives for product engagement.
Qualifications
* At least 2-3 years of content and copywriting experience is essential, ideally gained in Financial Services, Professional Services or Healthcare.
* Experience of managing internal stakeholders in matrix organisations.
* Experience of working with ad briefing marketing agencies is desirable.
* Proven track record of delivering results through content marketing.
* Ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Ability to think creatively to deliver results.
* Practical experience of quickly implementing new initiatives.
* A passion for communication and content marketing.
