Job Summary
You will be suitably experienced, hold the Fellowship of the Royal College of Pathologists (or equivalent) with at least 5 years of post-registration experience for appointment to 8D; must be on the Register of the Health and Care Professions Council and must be registered as a participant in the Royal College of Pathologists Continued Professional Development Scheme.

Qualifications and Experience
* Degree or equivalent knowledge and expertise
* Master's Degree or equivalent in clinical biochemistry
* Fellowship of the Royal College of Pathologists or equivalent
* CPD participation
* HCPC registration as a Clinical Scientist
* Minimum 7 years post-registration experience, including 4 at Advanced Practitioner level
* Expertise in clinical or analytical areas, with achievements in research and publication
Desirable: national/international recognition, expertise in Andrology or Point of Care Testing.
