Kenneth Brian Associates are recruiting for a Head of HR on behalf of a not-for-profit client based in the Leatherhead area. We are seeking an experienced Head of HR who is confident, diplomatic and proactive that will be able to provide comprehensive support to the business. This is a strategic and hands-on role that covers everything from shaping culture to ensuring compliance and managing HR operations so is an excellent opportunity for someone who loves variety! Salary £50k - £55k and hybrid working! Duties: Comprehensive HR support to approximately 150 employees Managing an office of a small organisation and effectively line managing staff Facilities and office management, including managing and negotiating contracts such as mobile contracts, fleet vehicles and IT systems contracts Identifying and organising training for employees to further develop their skillset Responsible for H&S compliance Experience: CIPD level 3 or CIPD level 5 qualified Minimum 4 years of experience working in HR at a senior level Experience of direct line management and leading restructures Experience managing an office move is highly desirable Experience with health and safety and office management preferred Good knowledge of IT and able to provide strategic advice alongside the IT manager with how processes can be improved/streamlined proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
