We are looking for a Senior Night Care Assistant to be accountable for the home and the residents, who will create a calm and secure atmosphere throughout the night. Ensuring regular checks according to each resident's individual needs, and leading the team on the floor.

1. To perform care duties and assist with cleaning duties throughout the duration of the entire
night shift as the night shift is a waking duty.
2. To assist the Manager, Deputy Manager and Assistant Manager in the running of the home
in an efficient and caring manner in their absence.
3. Be fully aware of the contingency and emergency plan of the home.
4. Ensure a walking handover is carried out and that all residents are accounted for at the
start and the end of the shift.
