Gilbert Road Medical Group is seeking a dedicated and forward-thinking Salaried GP to join our friendly and progressive team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated clinician to become part of a thriving practice—with a clear pathway to partnership for the right candidate.
About Us
* Single-site practice with a patient population of approximately 10,000
* Team includes 3 GP Partners and 4 Salaried GPs
* Well-established acute care team consisting of: 2 Physician Associates and a Full-time practice-employed Pharmacist
* Supportive and experienced nursing and administrative staff
* Encouragement and support for developing special interests
Role Overview
As a Salaried GP you will provide high-quality patient-centred care within a collaborative and well-supported environment. You’ll have the opportunity to participate in clinical meetings to help shape patient services and the future direction of the practice.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver safe, effective, and compassionate care across a range of clinical presentations
* Work collaboratively with the wider multidisciplinary team
* Participate in clinical meetings, audits, and quality improvement initiatives
* Contribute to the development of services and practice innovation
Working Hours
* 5 sessions per week
* Days and times negotiable to suit mutual needs

Qualifications & Experience
* GMC-registered GP
