You’ve spent years in B2B SaaS sales, you understand public sector buying cycles, and you’re comfortable with tenders and RFIs. What will your day to day look like?

You’ll be responsible for managing, retaining and growing recurring revenue across an assigned portfolio of existing customers. An average day may look like:

* Producing accurate forecasts for renewals
* Identifying up sell and cross sell opportunities
* Developing and managing account strategy plans to retain and grow revenue
* Building and nurturing trusted relationships with key stakeholders
* Conducting regular strategic business reviews
* Collaborating with Customer Success, Marketing, Product and Pre Sales teams to deliver proposals
* Attending industry events, webinars and roundtables
* Obtaining feedback from customers to improve solutions and services


Success in this role looks like achieving on your GRR targets.


This role will suit you if you…

* Have 5+ years' experience in B2B SaaS experience selling into local authorities
* Have experience managing and growing revenue from existing accounts in a SaaS business
* Have built environment industry or digital transformation experience
* Understand RFI/RFP/tender responses
* Know about public sector procurement frameworks (G-Cloud, YPOs, TTAS)
* Are confident in using CRM systems
* Can manage pipeline forecasts and drive efficiency
* Are degree level educated
