Scheme ManagerLocation: TeddingtonSalary: £33,881 per annumWho we’re looking for As part of our Retirement Housing team, you’ll use your passion and experience to support our retirement scheme customers to live in a safe environment, where help is always on hand.A typical day for you would include making welfare calls, dealing with emergency callouts, reporting repairs, managing empty properties and interviewing new applicants. You’ll manage rent accounts, complete customer risk assessments - including referrals to appropriate agencies - respond to safeguarding concerns and make sure communal areas are safe and clear from hazards.You’ll have experience of working with older people in a team that delivers super service and have a knowledge of Richmond borough.
