Senior Conversion Rate Optimisation Specialist

Responsibilities
* Lead and execute CRO strategies grounded in data, insight, and experimentation
* Design and manage robust testing programmes (A/B, multivariate, personalisation)
* Analyse user behaviour using a mix of qualitative and quantitative tools
* Communicate test results and optimisation opportunities in a clear, client-friendly way
* Collaborate across SEO, Paid Media and Analytics teams to create joined-up solutions
* Contribute to the evolution of service delivery and internal best practices
Your Profile
* Strong experience in CRO, UX or digital experimentation, ideally agency-side
* Confident using analytics and insight platforms such as GA4, Hotjar, VWO or similar
* A data storyteller – able to present complex findings clearly and persuasively
* Experience delivering measurable improvements in digital conversion
* Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to shape your own role in a scaling team
