The Management Committee at The Levett School are looking to recruit a Business Administration Assistant who will under the direction of the Office Manager. The successful candidates will work 30 hours per week, join a hard-working team and will: Develop and continually improve the services provided by the administration team and update general office procedures to reflect current practice. To be responsible for reception duties including signing in of visitors, maintaining the visitor register and answering incoming telephone calls, dealing with requests and enquiries and taking messages as required in a friendly and professional manner and recording the information on the CPOMs system. Have good literacy, numeracy and ICT skills. To work alongside other members of the Business Support team ensuring procedures are in place to provide efficiency in the school office.
