About the Role
As an Account Executive, you'll be responsible for building, leading, and managing relationships across a portfolio of mid-market clients. You'll develop a deep understanding of their business needs and risk landscape, ensuring exceptional client service and long-term retention.
You'll identify opportunities for growth, advise on changes in risk exposure, and collaborate with internal specialist teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet each client's unique requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Build and manage a portfolio of UK mid-market insurance clients.
Deliver outstanding client service and maintain high retention levels.
Identify growth opportunities and develop new business.
Advise clients on risk management strategies and evolving exposures.
Collaborate with internal teams to bring specialist expertise to client solutions.
