As a Service Designer (6-month FTC), you will be responsible for improving client journeys through insight and research. Your tasks will include:
* Leading workshops, mapping journeys, and identifying friction points.
* Transforming pain points into actionable plans and blueprints.
* Influencing teams across various departments such as Client Experience, Insight, Marketing, and Change.
* Advocating for the client’s voice at all levels of the organization.
* Monitoring industry trends and competitors to keep the firm ahead.
* This role involves strategic and practical work, managing multiple projects, validating ideas with feedback, and implementing meaningful changes for clients.
The ideal candidate will have:
Extensive experience in service design and a proven track record of transforming customer journeys.
Expertise in design thinking, journey mapping, and simplifying complex processes.
Experience in professional services, law, or financial sectors.
Note: Immediate start preferred, or by August at the latest.
