Job Title: Junior Technical Engineer
Location: Crowborough / Tunbridge Wells area (Preferred)
About the Role:
We are seeking two full-time Junior Technical Engineers to join our Execution Team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to build a career in IT. As part of our team, you will support the migration of Virtual Machines (VMs) from VMware to Nutanix using Nutanix Move.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in the migration of VMs from VMware to Nutanix using Nutanix Move.
2. Shadow senior team members during the initial 3-month training period.
3. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth execution of migration projects.
4. Work flexible hours, including some weekends, to meet project deadlines.
Training and Development:
* Receive comprehensive training and mentoring.
* Gain hands-on experience in VMware and Nutanix environments.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Ideally have prior IT experience.
* Experience in an administrative position related to server infrastructure (e.g., Active Directory, Networking, VMware, Nutanix) is highly desirable.
* Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work unsocial hours when necessary.
