Reporting to the General Manager and working in a fast-paced environment, you will be responsible for a wide range of IT systems responsibilities. IT Manager Duties: * Maintaining and developing IT systems infrastructure to support business objectives. * Improving data handling capabilities (CRM, ERP, etc.) for optimal efficiency. * Managing relationships with multiple external IT software providers. * Collaborating with departmental managers to understand requirements and deliver solutions. * Overseeing system integration where practical. * Delivering effective reporting tools from multiple systems. * Planning and implementing key IT projects, providing regular progress updates. * Ensuring successful rollout of new systems and training for staff. * Developing disaster recovery plans and maintain data backups. * Key involvement in ensuring cyber security across the business.
