Job Responsibilities:
* Prepare and cook a variety of traditional Indian dishes, such as dosa, idli, sambar, uttapam, vada, biryanis and more.
* Ensure that all dishes are prepared and presented according to our established recipes and quality standards.
* Manage kitchen inventory, including ordering supplies and ingredients, while ensuring freshness and quality.
* Monitor food quality and presentation to maintain consistency and customer satisfaction.
* Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient kitchen operations and timely delivery of orders.
* Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic work environment, in accordance with safety and health regulations.
* Assist with menu development and innovation, introducing new items or variations of traditional South Indian cuisine.
* Train and mentor junior kitchen staff as needed.
