We are a family run business who have been supplying the Horticulture, Agriculture, Sports and Landscape industries for 30 years and are now looking to employ an additional Irrigation/Glasshouse Maintenance Engineer.
Team Responsibility Overview:
The installation team are responsible for servicing and installing watering systems to the Horticulture, Agriculture, Sports & Landscape industries. Also offering Commercial Glasshouse repairs.

Individual Responsibilities:
* As one of the Installation Engineers you will be a key member of the frontline team in direct contact with customer.
* The ability to work on your own as a service engineer and on the installation side, the job will be working as part of a team, installing pipe and connecting sprinklers, valves and low voltage control systems.
* Horticultural installation can be within a glasshouse environment and will include installing thermal screens and other glasshouse auxiliary systems.
Skills and Attributes:
* Customer focus and communication skills are of paramount importance in this role.
* Excellent attention to detail with a conscientious approach.
* Enjoy a busy atmosphere and can cope under pressure during busy periods.
* Excellent communicator with strong team working skills.
* Some knowledge of pumps, pipe work, irrigation systems would be an advantage, but on the job training will be given.
* Ability to work extended hours. Work sometime includes working away with overnight stays where bed, breakfast and evening meal will be provided.
* Must have a full driving licence.
* The work is varied and is physically demanding, so will need to be physically fit.
* Rates of pay will depend on experience, overtime is paid time and a half.
* Company van and mobile phone may be provided after successful training period.
* 20 days holiday per year plus bank holidays, increasing to 25 after 2 full years service.
