Role Overview
* Build and maintain relationships with agents, landowners, local authorities, and developers.
* Conduct land appraisals including feasibility, due diligence, and financial assessments.
* Negotiate and secure land deals in line with budgets and forecasts.
* Collaborate with the Land Director and Planning Team throughout acquisition stages.
* Oversee contracts, partnerships, and assist in post-acquisition activity.
* Regular site travel across the South East.
Requirements
* Experience in a land buying or negotiation role – ideally with a housebuilder or developer.
* Knowledge of the end-to-end land acquisition process.
* Strong commercial and negotiation skills.
* Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.
