We are looking for a Client Coordinator to join the team here at SGX. We are looking for someone with good organisational & communication skills with excellent attention to detail, that will be happy working in a fast-paced artwork and packaging environment. The position is focused on client services and client support and will involve working with multiple clients where you will provide a unique service. You will be part of the client services team who are responsible for the communication & management of the artwork execution. Role and Responsibilities: Interacting & liaising with the Artwork, QC & Print teams The entering & booking in of client information into the internal SGX systems. Communicating job progress and answering customer queries by Teams & email. Interpreting results/reports and taking appropriate actions, liaising with staff and clients. Producing reports and invoices in an accurate and timely manner. Participation in team meetings and assisting with actions/projects. Contributing to the upkeep and improvement of office processes and procedures. Qualifications/Requirements Enjoy working as part of a team & able to work independently Ability to communicate with staff, clients and at all levels Good IT skills including MS Word, Excel and Outlook Good literacy and numeracy skills as you will be producing reports and documents. Work under pressure and to be able to determine and organise priorities.
