Pay, Benefits and more:
Annual salary of £15.66 per hour, guaranteed 55 hours/week, 28 days holiday (including bank holidays), one Sunday shift in every 4 weeks, Overtime paid at enhanced rates, Secure parking via Snap, High Street discounts, cycle-to-work scheme, pension & more. Ongoing training & career development
Your Role:
Deliver high-end kitchens to construction sites & private homes across the UK
68 drops per day with face-to-face customer interaction
34 nights out per week (Potentially bunking with a Porter)
Use PDA scanners for delivery confirmation
Manual handling of goods with support tools (pump truck, sack barrows)
What you need to succeed at XPO:
Full Cat C licence
Valid Digi card & CPC
Max 6 points (no DD, DR, IN endorsements)
Professional appearance & customer service skills
Bonus (can be completed after probation):
FORs Silver Standard driver training
CSCS Green Labourer card
