Harvey's Bar/Kitchen is a market leading casual dining restaurant group established 2016 in Fenay Bridge, Huddersfield. We currently have 3 restaurants and have plans for more openings in the coming years.

The ideal candidate for this position is a charismatic leader with exceptional people skills and a passion for great hospitality. The Assistant Manager must have an aptitude for teambuilding, customer service and leading a team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work for an exciting and expanding company with fantastic future growth opportunities.
Responsibilities:
* To support the General Manager in the day-to-day duty management of the site.
-To oversee your responsibilities as delegated by the GM to company standards.
* To successfully run shifts in line with the duty management audit/process at your site. Following all company open and close processes competently.
* To open, close and run shifts across a mix of days, evenings and weekends.
-To deliver market leading guest experiences
-Effective management of team members, staffing levels on shifts to maximise efficiency and performance
* To promote a workplace environment that is fun, fulfilling and positive for team members
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
