Depute Chief Executive / Director - People & Resources (Section 95 Officer) £130K* plus Distant Islands Allowance. Interim salary pending the outcome of the current Management Review. A relocation allowance of up to £8,000 is also available.
Joining the Council’s Corporate Management Team, you will play a highly visible leadership role, model our organisational values, and promote a One Council approach. You will represent the Council in a range of external settings, working locally and nationally to promote the best interests of Shetland Islands and help shape decisions affecting our community. In your Depute role, you will support and deputise for the Chief Executive as required.

Qualifications & Attributes:
Section 95 Officer role requires a qualified accountant.
