About the Role
As an Early Years Practitioner at Little Flyers, you will play an important role in creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where children can develop confidence, curiosity, and independence.
You will support children’s learning and development through meaningful play experiences while building positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities
11. Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences
12. Create a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment for all children
13. Support each child’s individual learning and development needs
14. Observe, assess, and record children’s progress
15. Build positive partnerships with parents, carers, and team members
16. Promote positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing
17. Maintain a clean, organised, and child-friendly environment
18. Keep up to date with current early years practice and curriculum guidance
What We’re Looking For
19. Experience working in an early years or childcare setting
20. A genuine passion for working with children
21. Good knowledge of child development and early years practice
22. Strong communication and teamwork skills
23. A positive, caring, and proactive attitude
24. Ability to use creative and engaging teaching approaches
25. Leadership qualities and willingness to grow professionally
