Key Responsibilities: Learning & Development In collaboration with the HR Director and Heads of Department, review and develop the Learning and Development Strategy. Champion the company's One to One initiative. Develop consistency in all business areas and provide support to line managers to deliver effective One to One's. Collaborate with Heads of Department to conduct training needs assessments through completed One to Ones, skill/will assessments, surveys and interviews. Coordinate and schedule training sessions, workshops, and seminars, as identified in One to Ones and Skill/will assessments. Collaborate with internal and external trainers to ensure the delivery of high-quality training. Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and outcomes.
