Duties
1. Learning the end-to-end sales and account management process - from initial brief through to product delivery.
2. Supporting and shadowing our Senior National Account Manager across a portfolio of key national retailers (e.g., Tesco, Asda, Amazon)
3. Identify & understand customer goals & range requirements to reach personal sales & margin targets.
4. Attending client meetings, preparing, and presenting presentations, taking notes, and preparing follow-up meetings.
5. Manage timelines/critical paths within your area of responsibility to maximise opportunity and to meet customer requirement deadlines.
6. Collaborating with our Product Development, Buying, and Licensing teams to bring new gifting ranges to life.
