Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our small sales office team. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills and be proficient in various office software applications. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our office, providing essential support to staff and management alike.
Duties
* Manage daily office operations, ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment.
* Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
* Handle incoming calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
* Maintain organised filing systems, both physical and digital, for easy access to documents.
* Assist with bookkeeping tasks including invoicing and filing.
* Support the team with clerical duties, including typing correspondence and purchase order tracking.
* Full training will be provided for the right candidate.
Experience
* Previous office experience is essential, with a strong background in administrative roles preferred.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel,) is required; familiarity with .

* Strong organisational skills are necessary to manage multiple tasks effectively.
