A leading luxury hospitality business is seeking a Director of Finance to shape financial strategy, strengthen governance, and drive commercial performance across a multi faceted operation.
The Role:
* Strategic financial leadership, budgeting, forecasting and long‑term planning
* Strong financial controls, governance, cash flow and statutory compliance
* Performance analysis across revenue, cost, margin, payroll and productivity
* Oversight of purchasing, value optimisation and supplier performance
* IT strategy, automation, AI adoption and process improvement
* Ensure statutory, tax, audit, and regulatory requirements are met in a timely and effective manner
Your Experience:
* Previous experience in a senior finance leadership role within a self-accounting business, ideally in hospitality or a similarly complex operational environment
* Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management and financial planning
* Experience of payroll, PAYE compliance and wider financial governance requirements
* Experience using accounting systems and hotel or operational software packages
* Proven track record of leading change and improving process, control, efficiency, and commercial performance
* Experience leading and developing high‑performing finance teams
