What you will do:
* Lead and manage a team of 6-8 social workers, providing guidance and ensuring the delivery of high-quality practice to children and families.
* Foster a supportive and secure environment encouraging open discussion and systemic practice.
* Work closely with the Service Manager to implement strategies that support the Newham Together vision.
* Ensure the team complies with all legal regulations and standards in social work.
* Engage with stakeholders to ensure that your team’s work is aligned with the borough’s objectives for social care.
