Job title: Salesforce Developer
Location: Hybrid – 2/3 days per week in Central London
Salary: Up to £80k depending on experience
Our insurance broking client is seeking a Salesforce Developer to join their growing development team. You will work with the existing Salesforce team to design, build and maintain Salesforce applications and MuleSoft integrations tailored towards business operations. You’ll collaborate with the wider business units and provide ongoing support to extend Salesforce functionality where required.
Skills required:
* Extensive expertise in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC)
* Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certification
* Proficient in Salesforce integration tools, including MuleSoft, and adept at designing scalable, maintainable solutions.
* Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with business stakeholders and cross-functional Salesforce teams.
Summary of role:
* Partner with the internal Salesforce team to validate business requirements, ensuring alignment with considerations such as security, scalability, and platform limits.
* Leverage MuleSoft to integrate Salesforce with external systems across the business
* Design and develop custom Apex classes and triggers to extend Salesforce functionality
* Build responsive, user-friendly custom interfaces using Lightning Web Components (LWC).
* Follow Salesforce development best practices, including maintaining well-documented code and comprehensive test coverage
* Manage release cycles, overseeing deployment and updates to applications and custom code.
* Provide ongoing support for Salesforce, including troubleshooting issues and resolving bugs on a day-to-day basis.
* Collaborate with IT teams and developers from other systems to ensure seamless cross-system integration
