Sales Event Manager
Who are we?
OMB Events is an event management company that offers management services, including wedding planning, venue management, equipment hire, styling, and event management for a range of private and corporate events in both the UK and Europe. We pride ourselves on offering exceptional customer service and the ultimate guest experience.
OMB Events currently manage four venues in London and are now looking for a Sales Event Manager to join the team and help drive business growth within the company.
The role is full time and would be split between our office in Parsons Green and our venues in Putney, Hammersmith, and Westminster. Our hours are 9am – 5pm, however some evening or weekends may be required, and this would be given back to you in Lieu time.
What are we looking for?
An enthusiastic Sales Event Manager to join our Sales & Events team. This person will work closely with the CEO and COO and would be responsible for the following:
- Managing reactive sales
- Replying to enquiries
- Arranging venue viewings
- Client management - answering any questions while building their event documents – using our software – Tripleseat
- Managing proactive sales where needed
- Personal diary management
- Reaching venue KPIs
- Team player
- Self-motivated
- Event management where needed (working with the other senior event managers)
- Forge strong relationships with other team members we have in our different venues
- Work closely with our accountant to make sure all client invoicing is correct
- Encompassing the company’s vales while working closely with any marketing, social media, enquiry and booking management, events and more.
- Help with creative proposals for clients
- Attend meetings, events and network
- Competent administration skills (Microsoft)
- Developing a network of contacts to attract new clients, research new market opportunities and oversee growth projects, making sales projections and forecasting revenue, in line with projected income.

- University Degree preferable

Salary: £30,000- £35,000
