Job Details
* Role: Senior Support Worker
* Salary: up to £35,000
* Location: Monkton Heathfield
* Hours: 2 on, four off rota
Responsibilities
* Collaborate with managers to oversee the daily operations of the home, ensuring smooth day and night shifts.
* Provide direct support to the children.
* Act as a mentor and supervisor to staff.
* Lead the maintenance of a safe, nurturing environment.
Requirements
* NVQ Level 3 in Children and Young People's Workforce or an equivalent qualification (e.g., a degree in Health and Social Care), or currently working towards it.
* A full, clean driving licence.
* Previous experience in a similar role within a residential setting.
* Strong leadership abilities with the capability to mentor and support others.
