Our client, an award-winning new homes builder, is growing fast with multiple new developments launching across Yorkshire and theyre on the lookout for a creative, proactive Marketing Executive whos excited to get stuck into all things marketing.
If you love great content, striking design, organised project planning and seeing your ideas come to life, this role is for you.
What youll be doing Content with Personality Youll help shape the brand story by creating authentic, engaging content across social media, blogs and email campaigns. Working with the Marketing Manager, youll plan and manage content calendars that align with wider marketing goals and showcase the personality of the developments and the people behind them.
Showcasing Beautiful Homes From ensuring new homes look picture-perfect online to coordinating with photographers and videographers, youll take pride in bringing each property to life. Youll also support both Marketing and Sales teams in setting up stylish, on-brand sales arenas for new development launches. Expect plenty of variety from event planning to helping deliver standout launch days.
Design that Turns Heads Got an eye for design? Youll lead on creating brochures, marketing collateral, digital graphics and offline advertising. Adobe Creative Suite confidence is essential and a passion for trying new ideas is always welcome.
What were looking for 2+ years experience in marketing housing sector experience is a bonus
CRM knowledge (HubSpot preferred)
Solid understanding of digital marketing tools, including social scheduling platforms and email marketing software
Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite
A creative problem-solver who loves to think differently
