Role: Billing Analyst
Location: Crawley (Hybrid)

Pay: £125 Per Day - £155 Per Day (Umbrella Rate)

Role Purpose
We have an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and analytically minded Billing Analyst to join a high-performing Finance team within a large, regulated utilities organisation.
This role will play a key part in supporting a significant annual revenue stream, ensuring accurate billing, payment allocation, and query resolution across electricity suppliers and Independent Distribution Network Operators (IDNOs).
This position is well suited to someone who enjoys working with large datasets, solving complex problems, and building strong working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
1. Prepare, raise, and issue accurate invoices to electricity suppliers and IDNOs
2. Allocate incoming payments promptly, ensuring correct matching across multiple invoices and entities
3. Monitor and chase outstanding balances, including applying penalties where required
4. Maintain and update billing standing data, ensuring accuracy and alignment with industry systems
