About The Role 10:10 Games is looking for a Senior Technical Artist with deep Unreal Engine knowledge and experience. In this role you will bridge the gap between art and engineering, helping to create efficient pipelines and leverage procedural systems to create visually stunning yet optimized and scalable content for our upcoming projects. Your work will empower artists and designers with the tools they need to build large-scale, dynamic and performant environments. What You’ll Do Working along-side the Art & Technical Directors you will be responsible for implementing technical solutions leveraging PCG, Niagara, Lumen, Materials and other Unreal tools. Build tools & pipelines to streamline to creation of immersive worlds. Profile and optimize art assets and systems helping to ensure performance targets across a range of platforms. Creating tools/scripts for Maya/Photoshop side to help create efficient workflows Mentor and guide artists and other disciplines, helping to improve technical understanding and expertise across the studio. Writing documentation for tools/workflows/good practices What We’re Looking For Professional experience working as a Technical Artist using Unreal Engine. Hands-on experience with Unreal Engine 5 features including: - PCG - Niagara - Lumen - Nanite - Materials - HLODs Hands-on experience with engine and platform profiling tools. Experience with console development and scaling.
