Operations Executive
Retail | Active | Full-time, Permanent
Working: Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week
Salary: £22,500 - £24,000 per annum + annual company bonus
Location: Head Office, Winnersh Triangle - RG41 5TP

Do you want to make a role your own? The purpose of this role is to own, manage & evolve all operational processes within the Operations Team supporting delivery of our brand standards and customer experience audits. The Operations Executive is responsible for maintaining and delivering as well as evolving all existing internal and client processes to ensure best in class delivery.
You will be responsible for:
1. Effectively manage workload, working towards clear goals & targets
2. Forward plan for clients and exchange relevant communication with colleagues and clients to ensure requests are delivered and targets met
3. Shopper sign-up and communications as required
4. Client reporting portal knowledge and ability to lead demos as required
5. Supporting and owning relevant client requests and actions
6. Setting up a new client program in line with account management brief and internal processes
7. Manage relevant finance processes from invoicing, job sheets, job number allocation & debtors
8. Deliver solutions to improve ways of working and processes (internally & client focused)
9. Build relationships between the Shopper Recruitment team and the QA team to improve the quality of work delivered by our Auditors for our clients
10. Build relationships with the Data & Systems team to ensure department compliance to processes and proactively propose new solutions and ways of working to constantly drive for excellence in delivery
11. Produce monthly/ad hoc reports of clients for account managers, shopper team & D&S team
Candidate requirements:
* A strong and confident communicator
* Experience in managing data and manipulating it to deliver reporting analysis
* Experience with Excel or Google Sheets, ideally with advanced formula manipulation
* Strong logical and numerical skills
* Good "can do" attitude, willing to go the extra mile
* Active team player
* A fast learner with the ability to contribute ideas to improve processes
