What you’ll do This role will be responsible for assisting the Flutter Group Transfer Pricing Team, within the Direct Tax Advisory Team, with all aspects of the Flutter Group’s Transfer Pricing. As part of your role, you will work closely with key partners in the business, including Commercial teams, Group Finance and Treasury as well as the wider Tax Team and Finance teams in the Group’s overseas jurisdictions and brands. This role will report directly to the Transfer Pricing Manager within the Direct Tax Advisory Team. Assisting with the design, implementation and maintenance of the Group transfer pricing policies, including modelling of recharges, review of transfer pricing calculations and approval of intercompany agreements. Assisting with transfer pricing input into finance transformation projects, including end to end intercompany process design, to ensure all transfer pricing requirements are captured. Support global and local transfer pricing projects, including jurisdictional documentation requirements, master file and country by country report preparation Work with the wider Direct Tax Advisory team to provide transfer pricing input into Treasury processes and procedures, including Group financing arrangements, cash management and profit repatriation Support the Transfer Pricing Team in identifying transfer pricing risks within the Group and implementing resolutions to those risks Work with the wider Tax team and the business to develop deeper understanding of policies. Assisting Team with the review of intercompany recharges, ensuring compliance with prevailing Transfer Pricing policies and SOX controls Providing transfer pricing input to the business on the implications of new products, territories and services as the Group grows to ensure they are aligned with local tax requirements, and transfer pricing arrangements are appropriately identified and implemented. Communicating advice effectively and clearly to collaborators in the business and ensuring all advice is implemented accurately and in line with policies Proactively promoting of awareness of transfer pricing issues across the group and building relationships with key stakeholders in all jurisdictions to achieve that goal Supporting transfer pricing input into the integration of new businesses including establishing robust transfer pricing arrangements How you’ll do it Collaborates - Is a great teammate and works with others across the business to get things done Communicates Effectively - Communicate effectively across a range of channels and non finance audiences Nimble Learning - Is agile and flexible.
