As the Plant Manager for this Lincolnshire based Wood Biomass business, you must be BOAS accredited as you will be the SAP for the site. Your role will be to successfully lead the commissioning of site modifications, maintenance programs & repair plans for high capital Biomass / Wood Pellet machinery, in order to get the plant producing Energy (RHI), as well as producing Wood Pellets (using clean untreated virgin wood chip material) for various end users. Ideally you will have Plant Management / Engineering Management experience within similar work environments such as Biomass, Renewable Energy, Waste & Recycling, Wood product manufacturing or similar. Shifts: Monday to Friday, Days, 7.30am – 5pm You will be an experienced Plant Manager, Engineering Manager or Renewable Waste Management professional, ideally from a Waste Recycling / Renewable Energy sector (Wood Biomass or another form of Power Generation) with a strong understanding of RHI, Waste Recycling, Renewable Energy plant processes.
