Chef De Partie required for immediate start in Newquay.
Our client is looking for a Chef De Partie to start in their luxury hotel catering exclusively for adults.
Duties to include but not limited too
1. Preparing menus in collaboration with colleagues
2. Ensure adequate supllies at cooking stations
3. Prepare ingredients to ensure they are frequently available
4. Follow guidance from senior chefs with input into how dishes can be prepared and presented
5. Adhere to strict health and safety regulations
