Overview

The Retail Media Associate Director will lead the strategic development and execution of retail media campaigns across multiple platforms, overseeing a team dedicated to driving eCommerce success for our clients. This role requires a seasoned professional with strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of retail marketing strategies, and the ability to foster client relationships while achieving revenue targets


Responsibilities

* Develop and lead client account growth strategies and innovation roadmaps to drive eCommerce revenue and performance
* Provide strategic oversight of campaign activations across platforms such as Amazon Advertising, Epsilon Retail Media, and Criteo
* Build and manage strong client relationships, acting as the main point of contact for communication, alignment, and issue resolution
* Lead, mentor, and develop a team of account managers and specialists, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement
* Oversee campaign performance, optimisation, and quality assurance, delivering insights and working cross-functionally to enhance results
* Manage financial processes, budgets, and partner relationships, ensuring efficient delivery, ROI optimisation, and engagement with key industry stakeholders


Qualifications

We are seeking an enthusiastic and entrepreneurial candidate who thrives in dynamic environments. This role presents an exciting opportunity to join a young and vibrant agency environment, working on high-profile multi-million budget accounts within the retail media sector.

* Strong experience in retail media and/or agency environments, including hands-on experience with platforms such as Amazon Advertising, Epsilon Retail Media, or Criteo
* Proven track record of managing large client accounts, ideally within an agency setting
* Strong understanding of search and Amazon Advertising strategies, alongside broader digital channels, attribution models, CRO, retail readiness, and consumer behaviour
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to manage stakeholders at all levels
* Experience leading and developing teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment
* Strong strategic and analytical skill set, including proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with additional certifications or experience across Amazon and retail media platforms considered a plus
