PRU Support Workers - Secondary Alternative Provision Tradewind Recruitment Tradewind Recruitment are currently seeking resilient, compassionate, and proactive PRU Support Workers to work in Pupil Referral Units (PRUs) and alternative provisions. This is a rewarding opportunity to support young people who are unable to access mainstream education due to social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) needs, behavioural challenges, or other complex barriers to learning.
