Festive Colleague Nights - Barnsley Extra

Pay starts from £12.64 an hour; this increases to £13.85 for stores inside the M25. For all hours worked between midnight and 6am you will receive an additional night premium of £2.35 per hour worked. Additional payments may also apply depending on location and skills.
We’re looking for enthusiastic, customer‑focused colleagues to help spread Christmas cheer. No experience is required – just a friendly attitude and a willingness to learn.
Responsibilities
* Deliver Christmas cheer for households across the nation.
* Provide support in store during the busy festive period.
* Stock shelves and ensure products are in the right place.
* Serve customers and pack orders for Click & Collect.
* Ensure customers have a brilliant experience every shift.
Qualifications
* A passion for delivering great service and greeting customers with a smile.
* The ability to build rapport so customers leave having experienced a great shopping trip.
* Take initiative and make decisions that benefit customers.
* Work well within a team and communicate openly with others.
* Build relationships with colleagues to create a team spirit.
* Be on time, well presented and ready to be a brand ambassador.
