Overview
We are looking to build our kitchen brigade and have the potential for full-time positions for the right candidates. We have food preparation positions available, as well as positions in the central kitchen.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, in a fast-paced, high-quality kitchen. We are growing fast and there is excellent career and salary progression here for the right applicant.
Responsibilities
* Maintain and over-deliver on Health and Safety and HACCP guidelines.
* Execute dishes to precise requirements, ensuring attention is always paid to allergens and dietary requirements.
* Be part of developing and executing new menu ideas.
* Work as part of the team, helping to maintain the friendly, professional and driven atmosphere.
* Be well presented and have good personal hygiene.
* Be part of the drive to ensure laziness and arrogance are never present in our kitchens.
