Established, very successful UK SaaS product company are looking for an experienced Sales Operations Manager. With a focus on sales operational excellence, driven by the CRM data (Salesforce) & a commercial eye – you'll report directly to the Director of Commercial & operate on a global scale. You'll relish the challenge of joining a mature (but still innovative!) software company that is going through solid growth & being the CRM data & sales operational guru. Owning all aspects of the CRM, Sales reporting, MI reporting & generally being awesome at making sure your sales team are supported to achieve their numbers. Working closely with sales leadership, sales enablement, commercial operations teams & your own Sales Ops Specialist (the data person!) – you'll be commercially focused but with an obsession for driving sales success with data-driven CRM decisions. Potentially 1-2 days in the central London office per month, but largely home based. We have people from all over the UK & are a global company. What do I need to be considered? - Strong experience of working closely with Software sales teams, to drive sales growth through data driven insight. - "Sales ops Admin", in regard to commission schemes, payments, quoting through delivery, etc. - A blend of commercial experience, mixed with a good head for data & stats. You may be ever-so-slightly obsessive over accuracy & data integrity within the CRM However, the primary focus is on commerciality & we have a sales Ops specialist in place for the day-to-day data wrangling support. - An excellent team player who thrives in a busy, growing company in the Tech' sector.
