About the Role: As Registered Manager, youll lead a dedicated team supporting young people aged up to 17. Your leadership will help shape lives and create a nurturing, family-style environment. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team to provide high-quality, therapeutic care Ensure the home meets and exceeds Ofsted standards Oversee safeguarding, compliance, rota planning and staff development Provide hands-on support to children with emotional and behavioural needs Build strong relationships with external professionals and local authorities About You: Were looking for someone who is both caring and capable a leader who can create a stable, supportive home environment. Youll need: Minimum 2 years experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy in a childrens home Level 3 Diploma in Children & Young Peoples Workforce (or equivalent) Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Residential Childcare (or happy to enrol onto qualification) Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations and safeguarding procedures Experience supporting children with trauma, attachment issues and challenging behaviour Full UK manual driving licence A calm, resilient, and compassionate personality with a good sense of humour!
