What the Job Involves The core purpose of this role is to provide front office support for high-quality fleet repairs and ensure council and customer vehicle fleets and equipment meet set standards and service level agreements. Responsibilities include monitoring and maintaining fleet records, scheduling equipment servicing, reconciling part invoices, and liaising with suppliers and external service providers. You will ensure accuracy in data reporting, contribute to fleet budget monitoring, and support the implementation of effective quality systems to enhance frontline service delivery.
