Working inpartnership with Brentford FC the Trust offers a portfolio ofprogrammes in education health sports participation and communityengagement. The Trust has won the Football League Community Club ofthe Year award four times and now employs more than 100 members ofstaff. The Trust is forecasting further significant expansion overthe next two years following its appointment as a key partner inthe redevelopment of Gunnersbury Park as a sports hub and its moveto new larger purposebuilt premises directly adjacent to the newBrentford FC 17500 capacity stadium near Kew Bridge in2021.

Main Purpose ofJob
Brentford FC CST is lookingfor enthusiastic dedicated and ambitious coaches to join our teamto lead or assist with delivery of sports sessions across our rangeof Disability Programmes during termtime school holidays and atweekends (we are especially looking for coaches whoare available on Saturday mornings / earlyafternoons).
This will includeworking with young people with various disabilities particularlythose with Autism ADHD Learning Difficulties Deaf/Hard ofHearing.
Sessions will take place at variouslocations across West London but especially in the boroughs ofHounslow Ealing and Richmond.
Specialistdisability training will be made available to successfulcandidates.
Responsibilities
* Towork with other sessional staff to ensure all sessions aredelivered to a high standard including planning anddelivery.
* Ensuring allsessions are delivered in compliance with BFCCST policies regardingSafeguarding Risk Assessments Health and Safety Incidents/AccidentsFirst Aid GDPR.
* Ensuringthe safety and wellbeing of fellow employees and participants atall times whilst sessions are takingplace.
* Using knowledge ofspecific needs / disabilities of participants to recognisepotential safeguarding concerns that need to be reported followingBFCCST safeguardingprocedures.
* Report anysafeguarding concerns promptly to the appropriate authorities ordesignated personnel.

* Driving licence& car (candidate will need to bring equipment to and fromsessions).
