We are seeking a friendly, self-motivated and reliable Driver to collect donations from clothing banks in the specified area and return them to a designated storage site. You may also be required to deliver donated clothing to Salvation Army Trading Company Ltd retail charity shops.
Responsibilities
* Collect donations of clothing from clothing banks and bring them back to a designated storage site in your location.
* Deliver donated clothing to retail charity shops as required.
* Manage daily working hours with a degree of autonomy; role includes an above-average amount of manual handling and potential overtime.
Qualifications
* Full and current driving licence
* Manual handling experience (not essential)
* Ability to physically lift and carry large amounts of donated clothing
* Ability to work in challenging conditions
* Knowledge of the local area
* Commitment to the ethos and values of Salvation Army Trading Co Ltd
