Automotive Garage
Salary: £30,000
£34,000 (DOE) + Bonuses
Location: Oxford or High Wycombe or Abingdon
Hours: Monday
Saturday (with alternate Saturdays off)

The Role
As Assistant Manager, youll be working closely with the Centre Manager to:
Oversee daily workshop operations and ensure high levels of productivity.
Manage and support a team of technicians, ensuring work is completed to high standards.
Deliver excellent customer service, handling enquiries, bookings, and issues professionally.
Support with stock control, parts ordering, and supplier management.
Monitor performance and ensure compliance with company processes and health & safety standards.
Help drive sales, meet targets, and maximise profitability.
About You
Were looking for someone who is:
Experienced in the automotive industry, ideally within a garage or autocentre environment.
A strong communicator with excellent customer service skills.
Highly organised, able to manage staff, workloads, and priorities effectively.
Commercially aware, with the ability to spot opportunities for sales and improvements.
A natural leader who can motivate and support a busy workshop team.
