**Leasing Negotiator Required in Birmingham**
We’re looking for an experienced Leasing Negotiator to join the on-site team at a stunning new luxury residential development in Birmingham.
This is a high-energy, site-based role focused on driving lettings, delivering exceptional customer service, and helping create a vibrant community for residents.
What you’ll do:
* Conduct engaging apartment viewings and tours
* Negotiate rental offers and manage the full leasing process
* Vet applicants and prepare new lease paperwork
* Build relationships with corporate clients and relocation agents
* Support renewals and rent reviews
* Keep systems accurate and provide leasing performance reports
* Help organise resident events to build community spirit
What we need from you:
* Proven experience in residential leasing (essential)
* Strong knowledge of leasing best practices
* Excellent customer service skills and a positive, can-do attitude
* Confident negotiator with great communication skills
* Organised, target-driven, and a strong team player
* IT literate with social media awareness
