Leading regional law firm in Suffolk is looking to appoint an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join their highly rated team.
The Role
As the chosen Commercial Property Solicitor you will be joining a forward‑thinking and highly respected regional law firm in Suffolk and dealing with an impressive portfolio of regional and national developers, landowners and investors. The role will be varied and include quality development work including acquisitions and disposals, option and promotion agreements, commercial leases and strategic land projects.
The Candidate
• 3+ years PQE in commercial property matters with a focus on development.
• Strong technical skills, excellent attention to detail and ability to build solid client relationships.
• Proactive, motivated and eager to grow within a successful team.
